What to expect

A shipping label can be created before the parcel receives its first live scan, so early tracking pages may look inactive for a short period.

Mixed-product or split shipments can create more than one tracking number when the order is packed in separate groups.

If the shipment still has not moved after the next business day, gather the order number and tracking number first so the team can check it quickly.
